THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL, AS WELL AS DELICIOUS, RECIPE, ALTHOUGH A TAD ON THE SALTY SIDE. THIS WOULD BE MY CHOICE AS WINNER OF IT'S CATEGORY. HOWEVER, I FEEL IT WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATELY PLACED IN A BRUNCH BUFFET THAN AS AN APPETIZER. BEST WISHES TO YOU. GREAT JOB.

This was a HUGE hit at my recent work pot luck. The apricot cream topping was so rich and creamy my co-workers were requesting the recipe before our lunch was over. The recipe was easy to follow and much different than ordinary appetizers. I will be adding this yummy recipe to my family's favorites!!!
