Extra Spicy Slow Cooker Chili

This is a great recipe for spicy food lovers who can't seem to find a recipe spicy enough for their taste. Also great without the spicy ingredients for a good mild chili recipe.

I love this recipe! It's pretty basic so it's easy to add your own spin on it to make it your own. I love spicy food and this is definitely spicy!

Eliminate the beans if you want real chili; substitute stew meat for the ground beef and add chorizo to give this a little extra zip. This recipe as written provided a nice mild "chili."

Have made this a couple of times and love it! The second time I used chorizo in place of the beef and was good that way also.

EXTREMELY spicy! We love spicy foods but had to tone this down with some sour cream and cheese. The next time I make it I will use a tad less spices but keep it basically the same. I even used ground pork instead of ground beef as we were out of the beef. It was dee licious! Served it with corn bread. YUM! Thanks!

You may stir halfway through cooking.
