very good and very simple. instead of the lasagne noodles or mafalda, i just used wide egg noodles and it turned out just fine.

Super easy to make! I substituted 5 oz. of Mafalda pasta (mini lasagna noodles) in place of the regular sized lasagna noodles. It was perfect! Kind of like a homemade hamburger helper, only 100% better!

This was SO EASY and it tasted fantastic. I definately would make this again. All the flavor of a lasagna without the fuss.

so easy to make and delicious!!! Easy weeknight meal to prepare... Used 3 cups of the bowtie pasta, dded the Italian seasoning and a little fresh minced garlic in when browning up the hamburger. I also used ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese and it was creamy and tasted just like my regular baked lasagna!

This is the first time I've liked a recipe enough to review it. This is the best lasagna I've ever had. I left out the sausage and used 1 1/2 lbs ground beef. I used a 26 ounce can of spaghetti sauce, added a couple of tablespoons of italian seasoning, used only 1/2 cup of water (because the skillet was almost overflowing) and added one extra lasagna noodle. The only thing I would do different next time is use a larger skillet and use the whole box of lasagna noodles and the whole cup of water. I wasn't sure about putting all of the cheese topping on it...it seemed like too much, but it came out perfect! Eating it the next day as leftovers was even better than the night before. You won't be disappointed.

This was easy to make and very good. I passed it along to a co-worker the next day. The recipe was so easy, I gave her the recipe from memory. It is a keeper.

This was easy and very tasty, I love that I only had one pan to wash as well. I also used bowtie pasta and italian seasoning instead of parsley. Served it with a ready pak cesar salad and garlic bread.
