Espresso Brownies

These chocolate and coffee flavored brownies are a delightful surprise!

(1 lb. 3.5-oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix

tablespoons instant espresso coffee powder
1/2
cup oil
1/4
cup water

eggs

oz. (3/4 cup) mocha candy beans
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan.
  • 2 In large bowl, combine brownie mix, espresso powder, oil, water, and eggs; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Spread batter in greased pan. Sprinkle evenly with mocha candy beans.
  • 3 Bake at 350°F. for 28 to 30 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled. Cut into bars.
