My husband is not a "soup" person... he ate 3 bowls of this! I will definately make it again. I also used frozen, boneless chicken and it worked out perfect.

Really enjoyed this soup. Instead of black beans I used Fat Free Refried Beans. They worked out very well. I will be making this often.

The quicker version. Make with already cooked chicken. I also added onions. Let simmer for an hour. Great!

Delicious!!! The only change I made was using boneless/skinless breasts. Worked great. It was easy to make, the whole family loved it and I will definitely make it again! YUM!!!

We LOVED it. I kicked it up a bit and used a 28ox can of sauce, 3 cups chicken broth and added a can a diced tomatoes with chipotle. Didn't have the frozen corn, so used a can of cream style and one of drained regular. After cooking chicken all night, put everything in crockpot and simmered on low all day. Topped with cheese and strips...YUM!

This was sooo yummy! If you add cheese and tortilla chips, it thickens it up and makes it perfect. My husband told me I could make this ANY time I wanted to - and so easy!
