This got three stars of five and was listed in the email I got as #1 of the top five spicy slow cooker soups...seriously? The best soup is only 3 stars? Come on, Pillsbury, I know your food tastes better than that.

LOVE this recipe...and so does my whole family! My boyfriend has already requested it twice in the past 2 weeks since I've made it. I did change the recipe a little...I only added one can of broth, and used a big can of enchilada sauce. I also added one can of the nacho cheese soup, some fresh chopped cilantro, used pinto beans instead of black beans, added one can of fire roasted diced tomatoes (with juice), and put my chicken in frozen. I've cooked it for 6-8 hours on low, and another time for 4 hours on high...and both times the chicken was so tender it was falling apart as I tried to take

So delicious! I used about 12 oz of boneless chicken breasts and it made about 4 servings which is perfect when cooking for 2 :) Topped it with mexican cheese and tortilla strips! This is a staple recipe in our home!

Super easy and delicious! I think adding tortilla chips, sour cream and a little shredded cheese totally makes this soup. Made it last night and my son loved it and even wanted the leftovers for breakfast today! Definitely a keeper because it's so simple and tasty.

This soup was awesome! My husband loved it and it was so easy to make! I slow cooked my chicken on low all day while I was at work..the chicken shredded so easy and then I put it on the stove to heat the rest of the ingredients. Yum! I added a dollop of sour cream of top instead of cilantro.
