Elvis Peanut Butter-Banana Bacon Rollups

A twist on Elvis' favorite sandwich! Banana and bacon wrapped up in a delicious Pillsbury cresent covered in a peanut butter drizzle!

1: package Pillsbury cresent rolls (8 count)

1: ripe banana

4: strips of bacon (precooked)

1: tbsp peanut butter

1/2: cup powered sugar

1/4: cup water

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll and separate each cresent.
2 Take the banana and place it into a sealable baggy and partially seal it (you don't want to baggy to expload while mashing the banana!). With your hand or a meat tenderizer, mash up the banana. Cut one corner of the baggy and place about a teaspsoon of the mashed banana onto each cresent.
3 Cut each strip of bacon in half. Take one half piece of bacon and fold it like you would a hotdog bun. Place at the end of a banana smeared cresent and roll up (not too tight because then the banana will squeeze out!). Repeat for each cresent. Place in oven for 10-12 minutes.
4 While the cresents cook, put peanut butter into a small sauce pan on medium-low and let melt.
5 Add water and powered sugar and wisk until completely incorporated. Turn to low and let simmer.
6 Add more water/powered sugar as needed(should form a semi-thick string when wisk is pulled upwards).
7 Let cresents cool for 2 minutes. Drizzle peanut butter mixture over each and let set for 3 minutes.
