Enjoy this cheesy pasta that’s made with pimientos - an easy Italian dinner for Halloween that’s ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

cups uncooked elbow macaroni (about 8 oz)
1 1/4
cups whipping cream
1
jar (4 oz) diced pimientos, drained
1
cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps

  • 1 Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package; cover to keep warm in colander.
  • 2 Add whipping cream and pimientos to saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat 2 minutes. Stir in cheeses, salt and cooked macaroni. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
