Ingredients

bag (12 oz) frozen shelled edamame

can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed

medium plum (Roma) tomatoes, chopped

medium bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)

medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)

cup chopped fresh cilantro or flat-leaf parsley

cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

teaspoon cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. 1 In 2-quart saucepan, cook edamame according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. 2 In large bowl, toss edamame with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
