This was AWESOME! Everyone loved it, and true to it's name it's easy. I make bacon bits and sauted sliced crimini mushrooms which I kept seperate and added when it was time to serve. (the bacon stayed crisp and my kids don't like mushrooms) This will be a regular at our house.

This was a really good dish; however, for the price of the Progresso Recipe Starter, it's not very economical considering you have to add so many other ingredients--butter, garlic, cream, parmesan, chicken and pasta. You're basically buying a cream sauce with a little basil. I used rotini which made it easier to eat.

lucybelle4--For every person, such as yourself, who wishes for less sodium, there is another wishing for more to be used. You hit the button directly when you said that you would not purchase until the sodium is reduced and that you wished the manufacturer would get the message. Just silently stop using the product and seek out another. Do not attempt to change a company's policy unilaterally.

can't justify 1310 mg of sodium for any reason. won't use any "Recipe Starters" until sodium is drastically reduced. I always season " to taste" while cooking and use other spices for flavor enhancement. Hope this will be offered soon to consumers.
