Ingredients

(14 1/2-oz.) cans ready-to-serve fat-free chicken broth with 1/3 less sodium

(14.5 or 16-oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained, cut up
1
(6-oz.) can no-salt-added tomato paste
1
teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2
teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4
to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
3
oz. (1 cup) uncooked rotini (spiral pasta)
2
cups frozen mixed vegetables

(19-oz.) can cannellini or great northern beans, drained

Directions

  1. 1 In large nonstick saucepan, combine broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, thyme and pepper; mix well. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2 Stir in all remaining ingredients. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until rotini and vegetables are tender. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
