Ingredients

(10.2-oz.) can (5 biscuits) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

cups cubed cooked turkey

(8-oz.) pkg. Green Giant™ Frozen Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots, thawed*
1
(18-oz.) jar home-style turkey gravy
1/2
cup sour cream
Pepper, if desired
Paprika, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Bake biscuits as directed on can.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine turkey, vegetables and gravy; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream; cook and stir until thoroughly heated. Season to taste with pepper.
  3. 3 To serve, split warm biscuits. Place 1 split biscuit on each plate. Top with turkey mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
