Easy Turkey and Noodles Skillet with Baguette Chips

Gotta love one-pan cooking! All the ingredients, including the noodles, cook in the same skillet to create creamy, "noodley" turkey goodness!

cup chopped onion (1 medium)

can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy roasted garlic with chicken stock cooking sauce

cups uncooked medium egg noodles

cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers® frozen sweet peas (from 12-oz bag)

cup milk

teaspoon Italian seasoning

cups cubed cooked turkey
3/4
cup Pillsbury® Cheddar sun-dried tomato baguette chips (from 7-oz bag), coarsely crushed

  • 1 In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook onion in butter 4 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, just until tender.
  • 2 Stir in cooking sauce, noodles, peas, milk and Italian seasoning. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add turkey. Cover and continue to cook 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender. Sprinkle with crushed baguette chips.
