This was a great easy meal for two people. My husband said it was a little bland, even tho I sprinkled a little garlic powder, onion powder, garlic pepper, and black pepper; guess it could have used more than a sprinkle, but over all, it was really good. Will definitely make it again!

Sounds great!!! Will try!!! My lovely boyfriend makes a delisth ramen noodle meal....frozen veggies n scrambled egg!!! Add soy sauce...for those who want to stay away from MSG, add any substitute for soy sauce...this is a great n easy meal!!! I always feel like I have take out from an Asian restaurant :)

The only problem with this recipe is using the seasoning packet from the Ramen noodles. It contains MSG and I am allergic to that. Otherwise this sounds great.

We used stew chucks instead of ground beef and it was still simple and delicious.

Very easy and tasty. My picky husband loved it. For leni2728 Ramen is the noodle part of the recipe.

My husband and I love this recipe. Prefect for two people and incredibly easy to make. I substituted the ground beef for steak strips as well.

So yummy! I use the Asian veggie mix and a 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce. Sometimes, I use thin strips of rib eye rather than the ground beef.

I couldn't find the teriyaki vegetables so used an Asian mix and added teriyaki sauce. It was great, super easy and super fast.

A great and simple recipe - almost not enough for my friend and I who made it for dinner. And since it is so simple, you can have fun with a lot of variations. I recommend using finely chopped stew meat versus hamburger and not breaking the ramen up as much, maybe even adding more noodles as the veggies outweighed the noodles and I would have liked a little more.

My husband made this last night. We couldn't find the brand name products at the store so we improvised a little. It still turned out great. It is an excellent base recipe. We will make it again.
