Ingredients

1: packet of cheese sauce mix from a commercial mac and cheese box

3: Tbs. butter

1: cup milk (any fat percentage)

5: slices american cheese

1/4: tsp. salt

1: Tbs. Parmesan cheese

Directions

1 Melt butter in small saucepan
2 Add cheese sauce mix and salt and mix well
3 Add milk and cheese and heat, stirring constantly.
4 Cook until desired consistency, making adjustments with additioinal cheese slices or milk as needed.

Save noodles from the Mac & Cheese Mix box with other elbow noodles or separately. Convert to Mexican Style cheese dip by adding one 4 oz. can of chopped green chilis (undrained) and one 4 oz. jar of chopped pimiento (undrained).
