Nice quick recipe but too much sodium. Here are my ideas for reducing sodium. Instead of seasoning mix use chili powder to taste, a dash of cumin, oregano and garlic to taste. No salt. Instead of using canned beans, use from scratch beans made the night before or drain and rinse canned beans. Use no salt tortilla chips and skip the tomato sauce. Genuine Mexican food does not use tomato sauce. . .ever. If the dish is too dry simply add a little water or sodium free bullion. Top with Queso Fresco. The sodium should be reduced a lot.
