This was such a great recipe. I used 99.9% fat free ground turkey. I also used taco blend cheese for the top of the casserole. Very easy and I will defintely be making this again!

I made this yesterday when we had friends over to play music. While the meat was cooking, I added some chopped onion, jalapeno and bell pepper. There was plenty of room to add some corn later with the black beans and olives. It was a huge hit. I think that the pizza dough on top is what people liked the most...there's always a little stuck to the sides of the pan that you can pull off. I served a side of guacamole and green salad and extra chips.

The actual recipe is a good start to a decent casserole. I added onion and yellow peppers to 1 lb. of ground pork. Then I used Chili pdr, cumin, oregano, coriander and garlic powder instead of the taco seasoning. I baked it the entire time with the cheese on top. It was really quite good and best of all, the kids liked it. I will make again.

This was a big hit at our house. My kids don't like black olives so I only put them in half of the casserole. Will definitely make it again. Very easy!

This was amazing! I made a couple changes - only used 1 pound of hamburger, used a salsa we love called Julio's, and instead of the whole jar of salsa I used a drained can of Rotel. Amazing! Definitely going to add this to our household favorites.

Used taco chips and added diced green peppers. I got a two 'thumbs up' from my husband!

The "print recipe" needs to be altered so that it will print correctly. Currently the right side is cut off, so that the right portion is not legible. Selecting "print" does not correct this problem, and I request that you alter the parameters so that the recipe will print on standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper. Thanks, DOCSOUP
