I have made these for years at Christmas time. We use Christmas cookie cutters. They are as big a hit as the cookies!

When we made these we did half with cinnamon sugar and the other half with Parmesan cheese. For the sweet ones we brushed both sides with butter then sprinkled them with cinnamon sugar. I should have added more sugar. They were hardly sweet at all. The savory ones with cheese needed to be eaten warm. I don't think I'll try this again.

Absolutely Delicious!! I added brown sugar too and put the sugar mixture on both sides and they came out delicious. I used a small glass because I didn't have small cookie cutters and it worked great.

I really liked this Idea! I'm always trying to find new recipes utilizing my heart shaped cookie cutters. I made 1/2 with cinnamon and sugar and 1/2 with parm cheese. Very light and crispy. Now we can use any shape of cookie cutter for any occasion. The next batch I plan on dipping half the cracker/cookie in chocoalte then sprinkle with powdered sugar or rainbow sprinkles ect. Thank you Sarah, and keep creating! Ann Marie P.S Just incase my rating didn't go through....5 stars!!!!

My 4 yr old son and I just made these great idea, cut into squares cause we did not have the cut outs. We did melt some butter and brushed on instead of the spray and next time I will sprinkle both sides with cinnamon sugar and not just one side( it could have been sweeter) Loved it, thank you!
