My son and I just loved this! We won't be ordering pizza anytime soon! We have made it 4 times so far, changing the filling each time. The egg baste w/ parm adds a lot to the crust. Putting the dough in the freezer for just a few mins before prep makes it easier to work with. Great recipe! Quick, easy, healthier than take out by far & much less expensive!

I made it for the first time back in May. Sooo easy! Be creative with the filling, we use the Birds Eye frozen peppers and onions, use pepperoni. So easy my husband has this prepared and in the oven while I am on my way home from work.

This is a great easy way to make calzones. I have also saute spinach in olive oil then topped with peperoni black olives and cheese and the wraped and baked. It's quick and easy.

So versatile; I am making 3 kinds for a wedding shower. I tested a pesto chicken broccoli with mozzerella last night and it was WONDERFUL!! I used rotisserie chicken and brocolli and chopped in my processor, then sauteed the brocolli with some of the pesto. I also used the tip of brushing the top with oil so it would brown, so easy and pretty. Definitely a regular in my rotation.
