Sounds great. Going to make these and add Aunt Penny's Hollandaise Sauce on top. We love our Eggs Benedict with this canned sauce with it's lemony flavor, have to order my sauce over the net, not available to us in our area. I order by the case. Could learn to make it myself but we are hooked on this brand.

A quick, easy hot sandwich! Easy to teach hungry younger siblings how to make and bake tasty treats. They are all Boy Scouts and like to entertain their friends after school and/or a Patrol Meeting. Their Dad does not turn down being offered such a delicious proof of their 'budding' talents in the kitchen.
