Uh, when they say easy, that ain't no joke! If you can use an oven timer & stir, you can't mess this pie up. It was terrific to teach my girls(6,8&12) something SO simple, but beautiful (and YUMMY too!) At the right time of the year, when they are practically giving strawberries away, this is super inexpensive to make! This one is going to be a regular at our house!

I am always looking for easily prepared, good recipes. This one fills the bill as well as being pleasing to the eye. Just as pretty and cheaper than the "pie restaurants".

Yummy and so easy. A definate must make during strawberry season. I used real whipped cream instead of whipped topping.

Very good, classic Strawberry Pie. VERY FAST, which can really be a plus. Best eaten the day you prepare it. I chilled it in the fridge for 2 hrs prior to eating and added whipped cream around the edges to make it pretty! Best with perfectly ripe strawberries.
