This was one of the best desserts I have made for family and many came back for seconds. It was very, very delicious. I can see all sorts of variation possibilities like nuts and chocolate and caramel or other flavors. Seems it could be very versatile. It was the best!

Very good, light, yummy dessert! Easy to do, looked pretty and the guests loved it. Left overs are going quickly at work today!

This was a disaster for our Easter dinner - the cookie dough was entirely too thick - if I had used a jellyroll pan, maybe that would have worked - I couldn't get the cream cheese part to cook through completely so the cookie was very dark when it was finished, and when it was cut it looked terrible. WHAT do you use for the "strawberry topping"? The strawberry flavored syrup? I used strawberry spread and that layer was brown in color?

This was delicious! It takes a while to make due to all the cooling and chilling. Skip the sugar, it's sweet enough.

It was simple to make and very good to my taste; to my guests…, it was delicious! It is a keeper. Recipe calls for sugar, I did not add any and it was sweet enough.

I made this for my co-workers. Not one complaint. This will be in my regular "rotation" of desserts to make. Not to mention, it was very easy to make.
