The egg isn't raw. It's mixed into the cream cheese mixture, spread over cookie dough & then baked. So you don't need to worry about that issue

How long to bake the crust???
AnmdI'm not sure about the raw eggs. I think that's dangerous

This was SOOOO good. I made it a LITTLE healthier by nixing the red food coloring and using fat-free cream cheese, low-fat whipped cream, and 100% Natural strawberry preserves. Everyone loved it! Definitely will make this one again!

this recipe is very easy to make for people who loves strawberries and cream.

I tried this recipe for the first time this Easter. Everyone loved it. I was afraid it would taste too much like cheesecake with so much cream cheese in it (which I am not a fan of), but the other ingredients all worked together to make it creamy and delicious! I can't wait to make it again!

So I used the recipe as a jumping off point. I did not use the strawberry topping. I was making this for Easter and wanted to make it fresh. Therefore, I used a 16 oz container of strawberries with one container of strawberry glaze. I used half in the cream cheese layer and the other half in the whipping topping layer. My family LOVED it.

I came back for this recipe after making it last year for Easter. Super delicious! And btw strawberry topping is an ice cream topping you find with other toppings, etc!

This looks so good...I am not sure what the strawberry topping is though. Do you find it by the ice cream topping?

I made this recipe with raspberry topping and it was excellent.
