cup beef broth

teaspoon garlic powder

teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash pepper

lb. beef round sandwich tip steaks (1/8 inch thick)

small onion, thinly sliced

(4- to 6-inch) French rolls, split
4
leaves romaine lettuce, if desired

  • 1 In large nonstick skillet, combine broth, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add steaks and onion; cook over medium-high heat for 2 to 4 minutes or until beef is of desired doneness, turning once.
  • 2 To serve, drizzle cooking liquid over cut surfaces of rolls. Layer lettuce, steak and onion in rolls.
