boneless beef chuck arm or shoulder pot roast (2 to 2 1/2 lb)

lb small red potatoes. cut into quarters

package (8 oz) baby-cut carrots
1
pouch (9 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ fire roasted tomato cooking sauce

Directions

  1. 1 Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, sprinkle beef with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 Arrrange potatoes and carrots around beef. Pour cooking sauce over beef and vegetables.
  3. 3 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 to 8 hours or until beef is tender.
