1.These are like little cakes not the consistency of cookies.
2. If I make them again I will try the recipe with spice cake rather than carrot cake.
3. They were super easy to make and all the guests loved them.

Made these as cupcakes like one of the posts suggested to do. They were great, and I got many compliments on them. I will definitely make them again.

Not sure what went wrong, but these are not cookies. I'm sure they'd be great as cupcakes though. It's basically a cake in cookie form. I won't make these again.

These pumpkin cookies are the best!! So easy. I used extra pumpkin. My sons loves pumpkin pie and I thought maybe I'd try these to see what he thought. He loved them without the frosting.

this looks super good to eat. also im a big fan of any kind of cookie. unless its a peanut butter cookies. i HATE peanut butter stuff. anything that has peanut butter i dont eat it. im gonna make this on halloween. i hope it turns out the way i want it. usually when i make any kind of food off the internet it usually turns out horrible. im not good at baking though if its something i like than i try my total best to make it. and i make m&m cookies and it actully turned out really good!-Michelle

These are great, easy to make cookies. I did have to add about half cup of water to get the correct consistency. I just added a little at a time until I was happy. Very good and the kids loved "baking".
