This recipe is super simple, but it tastes just as good as any other pumpkin pie recipe I''ve ever used. I found that this recipe made slightly more filling than a deep-dish 9" pie crust actually holds. Be careful not to overfill your pie crust. You don''t want it to overflow onto the outside of the crust and burn.
