Ingredients

1 - Pillsbury® Refrigerated Pie Crust (at least 1 crust) 14.1 oz box
1 - 14 oz can peaches in heavy syrup
1/2
cup packed light brown sugar
2
tbsp. butter
1
tsp. pure vanilla extract

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove one pie crust from package and lay out on a cookie sheet. Use a fork to poke holes all over crust. Be sure not to tear crust.
  • 2 Open canned peaches. Using a strainer, strain over small bowl, reserving syrup. Place peaches in center of pie crust, working out, fan them so they look nice and cook evenly. Once all peaches have been placed, roll edge of crust up to form an edge.
  • 3 In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat syrup. Add brown sugar, butter, pinch of kosher salt and vanilla. Bring to a low boil and reduce until thickened and heavily coats the back of a spoon, about 7 minutes. Drizzle over peaches. Be sure syrup does not overflow crust.
  • 4 Place in oven and bake 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown. If you have parchment paper, place that under crust prior to filling.
