My family loves Mexican food, we make it often and have made different mole sauces. However, this recipe was terrible. No one liked it and we ended up throwing it out. Save your time and money, make something else!!! (I would give it 0 stars, but only allowed to go as low as 1)

Perhaps it would help to know that mole in this case is pronounced "mole-ay"! It is a Mexican sauce that contains chocolate, cinnamon, sometimes peanuts, fruits, seeds, chiles....it varies by region. It is rich and delicious! This recipe sounds great! Can't wait to try it.

Mole is a sassy spiced sauce with chocolate, very Mexican and also known mole poblano. With chocolate, nuts and red sauce base it is served in the more authentic restaurants. I can't wait to try this recipe
