Easy Minestrone with Meatballs

cans (19 oz each) ready-to-serve minestrone soup

frozen cooked Italian-style meatballs, slightly thawed
1/2
cup frozen southern-style hash-brown potatoes (from 32-oz package)

Directions

  1. 1 In 2-quart saucepan, heat all ingredients except cheese to boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until slightly thickened and meatballs are hot, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2 To serve, ladle soup into individual bowls.
