This was so easy and my son and daughter-in-law loved it! Didn't change a thing.

Great recipe. Only had one can of enchilada sauce. Made two layers instead of one. Turned out great.

Very good! I used 2 lbs of ground beef for my family of six, and it was plenty. I may add some salsa next time. Very easy!

Easy to make, inexpensive, tastes great! I don't do well with fussy recipe directions or obscure ingredients, so I'd say this recipe is good for guys like me (or beginning cooks, or if you just don't feel like a big cooking hassle) who like to keep it simple. Everything here is easy = browning hamburger meat and popping a dish in the oven is as hard as it gets. This is a great basic dish that I've made several times and can be used to get rid of leftovers; I've added different cheeses, sliced vegetables (esp. peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes), taco seasoning, cooked potatoes etc. All good!
