I made these for a pot luck for work and they were a hit! I got so many compliments. Very easy to make. The recipe says it takes 40 minutes but I feel like it didn't even take that long. Inexpensive to make, as well, so that's a plus. The majority of the ingredients I normally have handy, anyway. Will definitely be making these again.

Try using a serrated knife to slice them.
