This was super easy to make! I used a mild Italian sausage and plan to make it again since I had left over pasta, tomatoes, and cheese.

This has become a weekly dinner staple at our house. It does need garlic (I add 1/2 tsp. minced garlic) or some other seasoning added but otherwise it is perfect and very fast/easy to make.

Love this! I made it with chopped regular tomatoes instead of the grape tomatoes and it was wonderful! Will certainly make this again and again!

My family LOVED it. Quick and easy. We modified the recipe by using canned diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano for the chopped plum tomatoes.

This recipe was very easy, and my family loved it, even my picky eater. I also modified it a bit, I added cooked onion and garlic, and several spices. Definite keeper!

My husband loved this recipe, and he does not like to try new things. We used kielbasa instead of the spicy italian sausage and it turned out great. Also instead of 6-7 tomatoes, we used a big can of diced tomatoes. It all was very wonderful.

This was yummy.... Instead of bulk sausage, I cut up the thick link Italian Sweet Sausage. I also added a can of chopped tomatoes with garlic and basil.. Add some chopped basil and it was good to go!
