Easy Homemade Croutons

Blogger Arlene Cummings of Cooking With Sugar loves making homemade croutons using Pillsbury® refrigerated breadsticks. It’s an easy and creative way to shake up a simple salad.

Ingredients

tablespoons olive oil

can (11 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated original breadsticks (12 breadsticks)

package Italian or ranch dressing mix (or to taste)
  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F.
  • 2 Drizzle 2 tablespoons of the olive oil into 15x10-inch pan with sides.
  • 3 Unroll dough. Cut each breadstick into 1/2-inch pieces. Place pieces in pan; drizzle evenly with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with dressing mix.
  • 4 Bake 15 to 20 minutes, tossing croutons halfway through bake time, until golden brown on both sides.
