This recipe is excellent. I 1st made this dish in January/2007. The wholesome goodness of the vegetables & creamy texture of the soup, sourcream, & milk mixture is why I chose this recipe. The result was a very delicious meal. An added plus was that the casserole was easy to assemble. This evening I prepared this dish and it is in the oven as I write this review. When the baking is complete, I will bake some Pillsbury Grands biscuits and the meal will be complete. Thank You Pillsbury for this wonderful recipe.
