Easy Ginger Cookies

Crystallized ginger makes these sugar cookies even sweeter. Then, top them with a drizzle of warm chocolate. Hello, heaven.

package (16 oz) Pillsbury™ Ready To Bake!™ refrigerated sugar cookies
to 1/4 cup chopped crystallized ginger
cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F.
  • 2 On ungreased cookie sheets, place cookie dough rounds about 2 inches apart. Lightly press about 1/4 teaspoon chopped ginger on top of each cookie dough round.
  • 3 Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Cool 2 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
  • 4 In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High in 20-second intervals until chips can be stirred smooth. Drizzle over cookies.
