Easy Ginger Cookies

Ingredients

package (16 oz) Pillsbury™ Ready To Bake!™ refrigerated sugar cookies
1/8
to 1/4 cup chopped crystallized ginger
1/3
cup bittersweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2 On ungreased cookie sheets, place cookie dough rounds about 2 inches apart. Lightly press about 1/4 teaspoon chopped ginger on top of each cookie dough round.
  3. 3 Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Cool 2 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
  4. 4 In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High in 20-second intervals until chips can be stirred smooth. Drizzle over cookies.
