I have been making a similar one for years with the sugar cookie dough, but make a delicious orange sauce for the top. It is 1/2 C sugar, 1 1/4 T. cornstarch, 1/2 C orange juice, 2 T lemon juice and 1/4 C of water. Stir dry, then combine with wet ingredients. Stir and cook over medium heat; boil one minute to thicken. Let cool slightly and spoon over pizza. Yummy!

This recipe is so easy and is loved by all. Great for the summer when you are invited to, or are having a barbecue, etc. Even some men asked for the recipe!

This has been a family favorite for about 3 years now. I HAVE to make for every Memorial, 4th of July, and Labor Day party. It is so easy to make and great tasting!! You can use any fruit that is in season too.

I took this to a summer Christening and all the guests just loved it. It was light and refreshing and was gone before I got to try a piece. It looked great and was simple to make.

I like this better than a tart, because it is not made with gelatin

I found this recipe or one very similar to it in Kraft family magazine as an ad for pillsbury. I thought I made it with cresent rolls but this one sounds better. I brought this to work, since everyone was so curious about how different it was they all tried it. Brought the recipe to work, where I ended up losing it. I am glad it is back. This will intrigue everyone you serve, not to mention it is all fruit so also healthy.
