Delish! Served this to a crowd and received a two thumbs up response. They especially liked it because it didn't taste soooo sweet like many of the other holiday goodies. Yummy just the way the recipe says to do it!

I would add some chocolate chunks to this or maybe some rum soaked raisins. Sounds great and may try this out on my guys for dessert tonight. Thanks.

Unless I missed it somewhere, I would like to know how many servings this makes. I have the same question for the Elephant Ears. Mary Ann Brown

Made this for my Homemakers group and they loved it. They all said it taste like a pecan tassie. The icing on top did not add anything to the taste. Next time I make it, I'll leave it off. Less calories, too. They all want the recipe.

I made this for a quick dessert to add to my Christmas Sweet table. It was a HUGE success. I was asked for the recipe. I wish the recipe was a little more difficult so my guests could have been even more impressed with my baking skills. lol
