I have made these for years. Wonderful for leftover corned beef. I make the corned beef in a crock-pot and I ALWAYS make more than needed so I can make these. I use the sheets of dough instead of the crescents. I make more of a Ruben pocket and the larger slices of corned beef....awesome!

I've had these with Dijon instead of thousand, and sharp cheddar instead of swiss - also divine!

My Aunt made these for a family get together, so glad I have the recipe now! My mouths watering already!

How cute are they? I just love cooking with the crescent rolls. This definitely looks like a great recipe. I know my hubby would love it.

Really unique and very delicious....drain your sauerkraut well to prevent sogginess.

Don't forget to sprinkle on some caraway seeds for authentic Reuben flavor!

More meat, cheese and sauerkraut can be added to each roll to make heartier sandwiches.
