Ingredients

1: can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

2: tablespoons Thousand Island dressing

6: oz (8 slices) thinly sliced corned beef (from deli)

4: oz (8 slices) thinly sliced Swiss cheese (from deli)

: ½ cup well drained sauerkraut

Directions

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Unroll dough on work surface; separate into triangles
2 Spread each triangle with 3/4 teaspoon Thousand Island dressing
3 Top each with a slice of corned beef, a slice of cheese, and a teaspoon of sauerkraut
4 Roll up loosely as directed on Crescent can
5 Place on ungreased cookie sheet; curve into crescent shape
6 Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.

I have made these for years. Wonderful for leftover corned beef. I make the corned beef in a crock-pot and I ALWAYS make more than needed so I can make these. I use the sheets of dough instead of the crescents. I make more of a Ruben pocket and the larger slices of corned beef....awesome!

I've had these with Dijon instead of thousand, and sharp cheddar instead of swiss - also divine!

My Aunt made these for a family get together, so glad I have the recipe now! My mouths watering already!
