pouch (9 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy Parmesan basil cooking sauce

tablespoon basil pesto (from 7-oz container)
1/4
cup sun-dried tomatoes (from 3.5-oz pouch), julienne-cut
Cooked rice, if desired

  • 1 In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (at least 165°F).
  • 2 Stir in cooking sauce, pesto, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 10 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken.
  • 3 Top with sun-dried tomatoes. Serve with rice.
