Easy Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients

cups shredded cabbage*

cup shredded carrot*

tablespoons light mayonnaise

teaspoons sugar

tablespoons nonfat sour cream

teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 In large bowl, combine cabbage and carrot. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; blend well.
  • 2 Add mayonnaise mixture to cabbage mixture; mix well. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time. If desired, sprinkle with paprika before serving.
