Easy Chicken with Rice Casserole

Nothing to it! This convenient, comforting entrée needs 15 minutes to put in the oven...or put in the fridge and bake it later.

To shorten the cooking time, cook the rice as directed on its packaging. Then add the soups, paprika, and butter. Use boneless chicken breasts and cook them on the stove top in a frying pan (5 minutes each side or until mostly cooked). Then combine the rice mixture and chicken in the 13 x9 baking pan.Bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. If you can manage the rice and chicken on the stove at the same time it will cut the cooking time down to roughly an hour instead of 2.

I have made a version of this recipe for years. It is my son's favorite!
