  • 1 Sprinkle chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  • 2 Heat 1 tablespoon oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until light brown.
  • 3 Stir in cooking sauce and asparagus. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center (165°F).
