I used less sauce for the filling because I added some canned green chilies, and sprinkled some chopped black olives along with the cheese& sauce over the top. We ate them with shredded lettuce, salsa, and sour cream- YUMMY!!!

Sounds good but the execution is a problem...if I were gonna try this again I'd probable just layer the ingredients instead of rolling them up.

Same problem as SRTSLA. Maybe I made the chicken part too saucy, but 20 minutes and it was goo. Had to let ago another good bit to make it work.

You must let your chicken mixture cool down before putting in the cresent rolls. Also maybe easier to use the seamless dough not as messy.

I made this last night and have mixed feelings about it. I slow cooked my chicken in my crock pot for a few hours in enchilada sauce. Once it was cooked, I shredded it and added cheese to it. I put this inside the crescent rolls and it wasn't as easy as I was imagining. I sprinkled with cheese and put some sauce on top. I had 4 triangles left so I made four little crescents with a little chicken/cheese inside. Once I baked them the pan with the rolled up crescents weren't completely done. The pan with the four smaller ones were done and my kids ate them all!!!
