This receipe might work if you layered it. I did not like the combination of favors. Italian rice is not good. Not much punch.

I just finished eating this *scrumptious* dish. I cooked my own chicken on an indoor grill; used red bell pepper strips that I had frozen fresh from last year's garden; brown rice, which ups the nutritional content; and added 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Next time, I will try adding some red pepper flakes. Thanks, Pillsbury!

This was a wonderful recipe. I had chicken cutlets out and my husband seasaoned them and barbequed them. I then cut into long pieces and it was wonderful. It was a little salty because of the meat seasoning but I will adjust it next time. Yes I will make this again.

Those who are confused about tomato pasta sauce: Not all jarred pasta sauces are tomato-based. Thus, the distinction.

I would like to try ths recipe but confused also about the Tomato pasta sauce, at first I thought it meant tomato paste but then looking at directions sounds like it might be like a spaghetti sauce. Can you all tell me what you used?

This was an easy recipe my family enjoyed. It is going in my recipe box. I too plan on using pork chops for a different twist on this recipe. Yes Danica, you can use any rice you choose to use. Why would you think the type of rice would make a difference. I switch things all the time to suit my taste and to make the recipe my own.

Soo easy and delicious. I used leftover baked chicken and did not use any parsley. I laid everything out before I started and it was ready to be put together by the time the rice was cooked. I love these easy recips that tast soooo good! I may try it with pork chops next time.
