I was able to find the Progresso Chicken Enchilada soup at Walmart. This recipe was very good. My family loved it. It was the first time we ever had chicken enchilada's with flour tortillas. I added jalapenos, black olives and extra cheese inside of the tortilla for an extra kick.

I don't know where those of you who couldn't find the Progresso Chicken Enchilada soup live, but I bought it at Publix. I have to say it tastes as good as what we get at our local Mexican restaurant! Tonite I served it with Lipton Mexican fiesta rice, and homemade Margaritas! Delish!

I found this recipe on Facebook initially - I made it for my family, and it was a hit! The only things I have changed are sprinkling extra cheese inside the enchilads! It is fabulous!

It is not easy to find the soup but it is out there. I thought this recipe was quick, easy and really good. Will make it often since we love Mexican food.

These were good, but I did make some changes. I couldn't find the chicken enchilada soup, so I got 1 can of Campbell's Fiesta Nacho soup and 1 can mild green chili enchilada sauce and mixed them together. I added salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder to taste. I also used canned chicken (2 cups). Finally, I used corn tortillas instead of flour. I would recommend you let them cool a few minutes before serving, as they were a little runny, but man were they good! I will definitely make them again.

These were the BEST!!! My teenage boys absolutely loved them. No leftovers here. I could not find the Progresso Chicken Enchilada Soup so I used Progresso Chicken Tortilla Soup. Very good.

Very filling. Made it for the whole family expecting the kids to turn their noses up at it but they loved it. Made the mistake of buying the wrong size tortillas (too Big) so they didnt look anything like the picture. Loved the leftovers!

Made this for my family for supper tonight. I used old el paso enchilada sauce in place of the soup - I could not find the soup. I also used a diff. tortilla - one that is high in fiber, low carb etc. The dish was very good. The whole family enjoyed it. Will make again.
