In medium saucepan, combine salsa, bean dip, chiles and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine salsa, bean dip and chiles; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes or until mixture is hot, stirring once halfway through cooking. Stir in cheese; microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Stir before serving.
