Use the crescent sheets.

I loved these! I used extra buffalo wing sauce and i dipped mine in sour cream. You can switch it up and pretty much put anything you'd like or use other types of dough like the pizza dough. Delish!

This is a great recipe but I prefer using the refrigerated pizza dough over the crescents. I also add celery and more hot sauce because we like it hot. But this is definitely quick and easy and very filling and you can change the ingredients to make lots of different variations. I always keep the pizza dough on hand just so I can make these in a pinch.

I live in Buffalo and if I were to make this I would change a couple ingredients.First of all if you want it authentic you need to use Franks Hot Sauce. To make 'wing sauce' here some mix hot sauce with a little butter and some add a little vinegar and others say no way. Blue cheese here is the thickest blue cheese dressing you can find. Here we use Rooties which is for wings but salad too.Bottled dressing is fine as it cuts the heat plus flavor.Straight blue cheese is too strong and tangy to taste the rest. The blue should cool, not overpower which straight blue does. That is its purpose.

We have had bad luck with calzones so my boyfriend was not expecting much...what a surprise! This was delicious. I would probably use a little bit more wing sauce next time, maybe sprinkle it on top of the filling in addition to what's tossed with the chicken, because I wouldn't have minded it to be just a tiny bit spicier. It was great with bleu cheese dressing. Will definitely try this again sometime!

Absolutely loved it! Love the wing sauce, but going to try pizza sauce instead for something different.

I've had a similar recipe that was really good. My hubby doesn't care for hot wing sauce, so I used regular bbq sauce. It's a different kind of recipe but I will be making it again.
