Easy-as-Peach-Pie Wedges

box Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
can (21 oz) peach pie filling with more fruit
teaspoon ground nutmeg
teaspoons sugar


  1. 1 Heat oven to 450°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Remove pie crusts from pouches; unroll crusts onto opposite ends of cookie sheet (edges of crusts may hang over sides of cookie sheet).
  2. 2 Spoon half of pie filling onto one half of each crust to within 1 inch of edge. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Fold other half of each crust over filling; press 1/2-inch edge with fork to seal. Cut several slits in top crust of each. Sprinkle with sugar.
  3. 3 Bake 10 minutes. Cover edges of crusts with strips of foil. Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until crusts are golden brown. Cool at least 30 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve.
